Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations. Requests must be made within 1 day of placing your order. Please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your OLKA pieces. We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

The Cut-off: Please note that no exchange or return requests will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items: These must be reported immediately to support@olkaclothing.com.

The "Unboxing" Rule: All damage reports must be accompanied by an unboxing video to be eligible for an exchange or return.

Quality Check: All items are subject to a mandatory inspection by our QC Team before an exchange or refund is approved.
OLKA Personalised
Items from the OLKA Personalised category are made specifically for you. Therefore, these pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Expectations & Feedback
If you feel your product does not match the website description, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review your case to ensure a fair resolution.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by OLKA TRENDS, please allow 15–30 days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
